The Chinese multinational telecommunication equipment company has fired one of her top Chinese executive who was arrested on espionage charges last week in Poland. This was done to totally separate the incident from the company and in order to keep her reputation as a reliable and trustworthy tech giant.
Wang Weijing (also known as Stanislaw Wang), Huawei sales director was arrested by Polish authorities in Warsaw on charges of spying alongside former Polish security official on Poland for Beijing, this incident led to the immediate dismissal of the sale director by Huawei.
A statement released by Huawei claimed that he (Wang) acted alone and his action was not in any form related to the company’s interest.
Huawei has decided to terminate the employment of Mr Wang Weijing, who was arrested on suspicion of breaking Polish law,
The incident may affect the world’s largest telecommunication equipment company by growing more international concern especially while they are still facing the issue of suspicion over her ties with the Chinese government.
